All of or care technology packages are easy to set up yourself and use the latest digital and mobile technology, offering a secure, fast and reliable connection to our 24/7 monitoring centre so you can get help when you need it.

We have received reports that some residents we support have been targeted by scam callers who claim to be working on the behalf of a council or another Lifeline service. These callers use aggressive sales tactics to encourage people to share their details, often implying that their service will be terminated if they do not immediately share these details.  Please be aware that this may be a scam. If you have any concerns, do not give out any personal or financial information to these callers and immediately hang up.

Contract Packages

We appreciate situations can change!
Your initial payment covers your first billing period, after which it is a rolling contract. You can terminate this with at least one month’s notice prior to the next billing period, & we will arrange for the return of the equipment.

Minimal paperwork

Most of the information we require from you to provide our services, can be filled in either online or via the emailed forms. We are environmentally aware, so we aim to keep paperwork to a minimum.

Free Delivery

Once you have provided us with all the information we require, we will dispatch your equipment, so that it is delivered within 48 hours.
