As well as providing the council’s funded care technology service, we also offer services to Dorset residents who are able to pay privately.
Each customer will receive an introduction on how to use their care technology equipment by one of the Red Alert installation team members at a time slot of their choosing. This can take place in their own home or over the phone if requested. They will also receive a pack containing simple guidance on how to use their care technology equipment and contact details should they have any questions.
