The one touch SOS button connects you to a trained call handler, who will check that you are safe and well. It will make sure you receive help if you need it – including calling the emergency services if necessary.
If you choose the self-install option, the personal alarm will arrive pre-programmed and will simply need to be connected and tested before it is ready to use. This is straightforward, and support is available over the phone if any additional help is needed. Our team will also call to ensure that you have managed to complete the install and are happy that everything is working as it should be.
A trained installer can also visit your home at a convenient time to set up the device if you prefer. Installation is included in the cost of the package, and there are no hidden fees.
You can also add a KeySafe to your package for £94.99 (incl. VAT). This will make sure that designated people can access the property to help you in an emergency.
