The lifeline unit is the mainstay of TECS (Technology Enabled Care Services) and has helped hundreds of thousands of service users throughout the UK. This is not only for the elderly or infirmed, but also for those who require a little help to regain some confidence in and around the home. The pendant can be worn around the neck for ease of access or discretly on the wrist, like a watch – either way the push button is simple to use and will alert the 24/7 monitoring centre instantly. A strong speaker system enables you to speak almost anywhere in your home, to give them details….if it is not possible to speak, don’t worry, the monitoring centre, will quickly ascertain this and escalate the situation to designated carers/loved ones or the emergency services, dependant on the situation.

How does it work?

  • Press the button – simply press the button on your pendant or base unit when you require help and it will automatically connect you to our friendly operators.
  • Speak to us – talk to our helpful operators through the speaker in the base unit. If they can’t hear you they will get the appropriate help.
  • Help is on its way – the operator will contact your nominated key holder (relative, friend, carer) or the emergency services.

Your initial payment covers your first quarter, after which it is a rolling quarterly contract. You can terminate this with at least one month’s notice prior to the next quarter & we will arrange for the return of the equipment

Most of the information we require from you to provide our services, can be filled in either online or via the emailed forms. We are environmentally aware, so we aim to keep paperwork to a minimum.

Free Delivery

Once you have provided us with all the information we require, we will dispatch your equipment, so that it is delivered within 48 hours.

Professional installation service included

Once you have ordered your equipment, our friendly staff will contact you on the details provided after payment, to organise the installation of your equipment & provide comprehensive onsite training from our experienced engineers. 

This service is all part of your package price.
