It can be beneficial to households with small children, those living with limited mobility or learning difficulties, plus older people and individuals experiencing long-term health conditions. The device warns of dangerous Carbon monoxide (CO) levels with two alarms – one is an audible alarm that sounds within the property and the second alarm signal automatically connects to a 24/7 monitoring centre (this requires the device to be linked to a lifeline unit).
