The Unit is suitable for anyone who has telecare devices in the home, as it connects to devices such as smoke detectors and flood detectors. This means that users can access help and support for a variety of needs throughout the home. The Unit automatically contacts a 24/7 monitoring centre when an alert signal is received from a linked device. For added safety, users can speak directly to the monitoring centre by pressing a button on the device.
