Smoke Detectors
The smoke detector is suitable for anyone living independently that could be at risk in their home. This includes those suffering with memory issues who may leave cooking appliances on, those who get tired easily and may leave things unattended, or those with mobility restrictions. The smoke detector has two alarms – one is an audible alarm that sounds within the property and the second alarm signal automatically connects to a 24/7 monitoring centre (this requires the device to be linked with a lifeline unit), reducing the risk to life and property.
