Lifeline Unit

The Lifeline Unit is often seen as the heart of the Technology Enabled Care Systems (TECS) product range. For those who feel vulnerable in their home, or for family who are concerned about bogus callers, the lifeline unit can be linked to a panic button. This can be used as a wearable device or installed in situ next to the front door. When pressed, the device will link through to our 24/7 monitoring centre who will be able to hear what is happening, record the conversation and contact first responders, including the emergency services, where applicable.

    All Packages, except the ‘Out and About’ Package, require a working landline to connect to.

    The ‘Out & About’ Package includes a one-off £149 initial equipment cost. Followed by £25.99 per month (paid quarterly in advance).
