Q. How did you come to realise you needed a telecare system?
“My children suggested it after I suffered a couple of falls at home. The telecare system meant I could always call for help even if there wasn’t a phone in reach.”

Q. Which telecare systems did you choose and why? What requirements did you have?
“I went for the Digital Watch as it is unobtrusive to wear indoors and out. It is very easy to use and charge and looks a little like a smart watch. The watch can be used anywhere, not just at home. It has also been very useful to measure my heart rate when I was suffering with some dizzy spells.”
