There are three ways to activate the alarms and get help from the monitoring centre:
Base Unit: Press the button on the base unit.
Pendant/Wristband: Press the button on your pendant or wristband.
Falls Detector: The falls detector uses advanced technology to automatically detect serious falls within approximately 100 metres of the base unit using an accelerometer. It immediately raises an alarm to the monitoring centre.
