24/7 Monitoring Service
Raise an alarm call 24/7 and have one of our emergency call operators get the help you need.
With our ‘At Home Personal Alarm Package’, you get our lifeline personal alarm unit and a pendant (or falls detector if you choose to add this on). The lifeline unit is a cornerstone of Care Technology (telecare) services, supporting hundreds of thousands across the UK. Ideal for anyone looking for peace of mind, it’s not just for older individuals but also for anyone needing a confidence boost at home.
You’ll receive a pendant that can be worn around the wrist or neck and features an easy-to-use push button that connects instantly to our 24/7 monitoring centre. The built-in speaker system on the lifeline unit allows you to communicate from almost anywhere in your home. If you can’t speak, our monitoring centre will escalate the situation to designated carers, loved ones, or emergency services as needed.
Fully digital, this lifeline unit ensures a secure, fast, and reliable connection to our 24/7 monitoring centre without requiring a landline.
